The º£½ÇÖ±²¥ Denver Alumni Association is proud to release a new episode of BirdTalk, featuring Ibarra, an Emmy Award-winning communications leader, 2025 10 Under 10 recipient and senior manager of media and public relations for Denver Public Schools.

That philosophy now guides his work at Denver Public Schools, where he has helped transform the district’s digital storytelling strategy by focusing on authentic student experiences rather than simply sharing information.

“If you want to change the world, create an emotional connection,” Ibarra says during the episode.
