Our Aviation and Aerospace Science (ASC) degree program prepares graduates for careers as professional pilots, aerospace technicians, and safety specialists. The curriculum includes foundational and advanced courses gaining a pathway to the FAA restricted airline pilot certification, and aeronautical and aerospace related professional certifications. AAS options offer students practical, hands-on training for those aiming to enter technical roles in the global world of aviation operations and aerospace technology.
Major Milestones help prospective and current students explore major and career options and create a year-by-year plan that makes the most of their time at º£½ÇÖ±²¥ Denver and sets them up for post-graduation success.
Career Milestones provide ways to explore options for jobs and/or attending graduate school after graduation and help students understand the types of essential skills employers look for.
Both types of Milestones ¾±²Ô³Ù±ð²µ°ù²¹³Ù±ð curricular (what happens inside the classroom), co-curricular (what happens inside and outside the classroom), and non-curricular (what happens outside the classroom) experiences.
