Explore the Environmental Sustainability Major, B.S.
The Environmental Sustainability major combines interdisciplinary coursework in environmental policy, planning, sustainability, and advanced training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Students explore critical issues such as climate adaptation, sustainable development, habitat conservation, and natural-resource management, and learn to develop practical, data-driven solutions for communities, organizations, and ecosystems. Graduates are prepared for impactful careers in sustainability, environmental planning, policy, consulting, and geospatial analysis.
