Explore the Geography Major, B.A.
The Geography program explores the connections between people, places, and the environment through a unique blend of natural science, social science, and geospatial analysis. Students develop the knowledge and skills to address real-world challenges related to sustainability, planning, environmental change, and social equity while making a positive impact in their communities and beyond. Students develop practical skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and many choose to add a GIS minor or GIS Certificate to their program of study.
