Catherine 鈥淐at鈥 Martin, MS, RD, CNSC completed her dietetic internship at Children’s Hospital Colorado in 2018 before beginning her career as a clinical dietitian in acute care. Her clinical experience spans a variety of inpatient settings, where she developed a particular interest in critical care nutrition during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her professional interests include nutrition support, critical care, and health professions education.

In addition to her clinical work, Cat previously collaborated with the University of Colorado School of Medicine to deliver nutrition curriculum to medical students in 2021, 2022. Her career in classroom instruction began at Arapahoe Community 海角直播, teaching Human Nutrition to a wide range of undergraduate students from 2024 to 2026.

Cat joined 海角直播 Denver in January 2026 as Clinical Instructor for the Dietetic Internship program. As Clinical Instructor, Cat is committed to bridging classroom learning to real-world clinical application. She is passionate about creating engaging educational experiences that promote critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and confidence in her students. She is dedicated to guiding and mentoring dietetic interns as they work toward careers as registered dietitians.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Cat enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending much of her free time outdoors.
