You鈥檒l gain a strong foundation in advanced manufacturing methods, automation, and operations management-preparing you for diverse career paths in production, logistics, and process innovation.
As a student in this program, you will:
- Earn industry credentials by completing certifications from the Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) at your own pace. Achieving Gold Certification allows you to earn college credit and demonstrate mastery of key technical competencies.
- Customize your learning聽through general studies courses available聽in person or online, supporting flexibility and balance in your academic journey.
- Apply what you learn聽through Operations Management coursework focused on real-world problem-solving, supply chain efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build leadership and analytical skills聽essential for managing the production of goods and delivery of services in modern manufacturing and logistics environments.

The Advanced Manufacturing Sciences Institute is a CESMII Endorsed Education Program
The Advanced Manufacturing Operations, B.S. has been endorsed by CESMII, the Smart Manufacturing Institute. CESMII is a non-profit organization established to serve as an advocate for Smart Manufacturing and a source for industry networking, education and workforce development, funded research projects, and a Smart Manufacturing Interoperability Platform to enable digital transformation.

The Advanced Manufacturing Sciences Institute is a member of the SACA, an organization that aligns education and training to meet the realities of Industry 4.0.
