Summary
The CAFP is seeking a part-time Member Engagement & Outreach Coordinator to support member experience, retention, and outreach. This role serves as a key point of contact for CAFP members and helps ensure members feel connected, supported, and engaged with the Academy鈥檚 work.

This position is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, responsive, warm and professional in communication, and comfortable learning and working within established systems. The ideal candidate enjoys relationship building, values follow-through, and thrives in a small, collaborative nonprofit environment dedicated to supporting Colorado鈥檚 family physicians and their patients.

The Resident Experience Assistant is responsible to for assisting with programming, encouraging
participation, and promoting activities on the monthly calendar created by the Resident Experience
Director. The Resident Experience Assistant will assist the Resident Experience Director in set up
and break down of activities and events, coordinate updates or changes of Life Story Profiles, support
outings, maintain inventory of supplies and assist in calendar or newsletter creation as requested. All
responsibilities must be completed in accordance with current standards and guidelines set forth by

This is a full-time role that starts part-time and scales up as you build your caseload, giving you room to grow into the position at a sustainable pace. You鈥檒l provide direct therapy services and support people in connecting with community support. Because we鈥檙e a small team, this role also carries some responsibility for building the caseload it serves. You鈥檒l help recruit clients, nurture relationships with referral partners, and grow Heartland鈥檚 visibility in the community. Coordinates and supports student mental health and wellness programs, resources, and services that promote C.A.R.E (Care, Assistance, Response, and Education) , student wellbeing, success, and retention at EGTC (Emily Griffith Technical 海角直播). Collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and community partners to connect students with appropriate support, provide training and guidance, and help ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

The Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) is a nonprofit organization that provides free immigration legal services to individuals in immigration detention and to children and their families throughout Colorado.

Through the Social Service Project, RMIAN is among the few immigration legal services organizations in the country to offer integrated social service support. The Social Service Project (SSP) provides comprehensive support to particularly vulnerable immigrant adults, children and youth, and families navigating immigration proceedings, including adults detained by ICE in Aurora. SSP supports individuals with behavioral health challenges, physical and mental disabilities, and other social and systemic experiences that increase their risks of violence, instability, or deportation.

In addition to direct client services, RMIAN鈥檚 social workers collaborate with local and national partners to educate legal, health, and social service providers, and advocate for positive systemic change for immigrant members of our community.

The Staff Social Worker position is a licensed clinical social worker responsible for providing case management, consultation, and clinical services to 海角直播 Denver students.听 This position works collaboratively with other departments in the Divisions of Student Affairs and Academic Affairs to enhance student retention and success.

The Phoenix Center at Auraria (PCA) serves students, staff, and faculty associated with University of Colorado Denver, Community 海角直播 of Denver, and Metropolitan State University Denver. The PCA provides free and confidential resources and assistance to survivors of interpersonal violence (relationship violence, sexual violence, and stalking), as well as their friends, families, and concerned others. The PCA support services include academic advocacy, assistance reporting to the school and/or law enforcement at the survivor鈥檚 request, safety planning, court accompaniment, emotional support, and more. The PCA also provides campus education and training, awareness raising events, and campus policy guidance.

This position addresses the needs of students, faculty, and staff on the Auraria campus who have experienced sexual violence, stalking, and relationship violence, through providing confidential advocacy services, crisis intervention, and referrals. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Advocacy Services for the Phoenix Center at Auraria (PCA). The Survivor Advocate is responsible for providing, direct victim advocacy services in-person and via Zoom, on the helpline, and during on-scene response (responding to university offices and facilities during business hours) to any and all survivors of interpersonal violence (relationship violence, sexual violence, and stalking).

The Division of Youth Services (DYS) provides a continuum of residential and non-residential services that encompass juvenile detention, commitment, and parole. DYS is the agency statutorily mandated to provide for the care and supervision of youth committed by the District Court to the custody of the Colorado Department of Human Services. The Division operates fifteen secure facilities that serve youth between the ages of 10 and 21, who are pre-adjudicated, sentenced, or committed. The Division also contracts with numerous private residential and non-residential service providers throughout the State. 听For pre-adjudicated youth, the Division is also responsible for the management and oversight of Colorado Youth Detention Continuum, a State-funded, locally administered program that provides services to youth at risk of further progressing into the juvenile justice system. In addition to residential programming, the Division administers juvenile parole services throughout the State.

This position provides individual, group and if applicable family services to this population. 听This position uses the approved DYS approved Evidence Based Curricula in working with this population

Caring for Denver Foundation was founded and funded with overwhelming voter support to address Denver鈥檚 mental health and substance misuse needs by growing community-informed solutions, dismantling stigma, and turning the community鈥檚 desire to help into action.

The Family Resilience Center (FRC) aims to serve youth in Denver with complex trauma histories, many of whom experience poverty, housing instability, substance use, violence, family separation, or parental incarceration. With the support from Caring for Denver, the FRC is able continue providing trauma-informed assessment, treatment, community engagement, and engage in hiring a bilingual clinician to increase access to mental health services for immigrant and Spanish-speaking households.

Based full-time at CSU Spur in Denver, the Grant Manager and Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical services in English and Spanish, coordinates grant-funded activities and builds community partnerships to expand access to care. This position ensures implementation of the Caring for Denver grant, increases outreach capacity, strengthens referral pathways, and supports long-term sustainability of trauma-informed services in the Denver metro area.
