Registered Access Center Students: Requesting previously approved accessible furniture is now done by completing the form located in the Surveys tab under the menu section on the left side of the homepage in the .
Non-Access Center Students:聽Please use this to request your accessible furniture needs.
Students who have been approved for lecture note accommodations will need to complete the Lecture Notes Accommodation survey within the Accommodations Hub:
- Log into the
- Select the Survey link from the navigation menu on the left
- Select Lecture Notes Accommodations
- Complete and submit the survey.
NOTE: If you do not see the Lecture Notes Accommodation option, you have not been approved for the accommodation.
