High School

  • Parents, teachers, and students share responsibility.
  • Schools may offer specialized instruction, modified assignments, or tutoring as accommodations.

  • Students identify themselves to the Access Center.
  • Students are responsible for requesting their accommodations each semester.
  • Students are proactive in communicating with the Access Center and their professors about their accommodations.
  • Accommodations provide equal access, but will not change the difficulty or amount of work.
  • Tutoring and academic supports are not included as accommodations, but available to all students at º£½ÇÖ±²¥ Denver.
